Questions about mutliple key pairs

Hello Shib experts:
We are looking for your help in setting up the following architecture: We need to be able to connect to multiple SPs using different pairs of Keys (Public/Private Keys) for each SP.
For example, We connect to our LMS and to WebEx via shib, but we wish to have our connection to the LMS be with one pair of keys, while when one logs in to WebEx it uses a different pair of keys.
Can you kindly guide us in how one sets that up?
