ldap.properties and ldap for attribute-resolver

Thanks Gary,
We have ours behind a load balancer as well. There can be a slight delay between when a server goes down and the load balancer marks it as down based on the frequency of the health checks though. 

I'm just trying to get a feel for the built-in ways that the idp can handle it.
