mod_shib_22.so missing after SRPM rebuild process

Hi:

We followed the SRPM rebuild process (https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPLinuxSRPMBuild).  It completed w/o any issues; however /usr/lib64/shibboleth/mod_shib_22.so (we are using Apache 2.2.31) is missing.  Do you know why this had happened?  Are we missing any steps?  Did anyone faced this issue?
