thanks very much for this info !
I easily found those two documents, but didn't easily find any text that
seemed relevant to changing to a different authentication scheme.
Customer Web Publishing seems to primarily discuss how to write PHP to
query FM, and how to get FM to export XML.
Getting Started mentions that FM installs its own instance of apache on
OS X, and talks about how to avoid conflicts of you're already using the
apache that comes with the OS for other purposes.
There is mention of using apache's Basic AUthn for some purposes. That
makes me hopeful -- that apache might be reconfigured to use Shib plugins.
Any chance you might remember any of the other detail about how you
thought you might get this to work ?
