Shibboleth web site switchover

The site has been switched over. All the shibboleth.net URLs that are intended to stay put should pass through the old host correctly, while anything else should be redirecting to www.shibboleth.net and be relocated.

There are no intentional changes to any links to content not part of the old web site. All software files, schemas, documentation, advisories, and anything meant to have a stable link should be intact.

So as not to spam the list, just report any broken links to Jira or contact at shibboleth.net
