Shibboleth web site switchover

(And we're aware there are links to javadocs in the wiki, but those are unintentional at this point anyway. Searching for them didn't yield an obvious list so it will be a slog getting them corrected.)

I'm about to flip the www address now.

We no longer run Jenkins publically exposed due to its weekly security montage. The Javadocs are hosted in Nexus in any case.
