How to adjust Velocity properties

Thanks.  Yes, it is a load test.  This test ran fine under 3.3.0, without
any Velocity problems.  Now in 3.3.1, it's having errors.

It shows up as this parser pool error, and also as this from jetty:

Caused by: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Idle timeout expired:
30000/30000 ms
at org.eclipse.jetty.io.IdleTimeout.checkIdleTimeout(IdleTimeout.java:166)

I haven't changed the jetty settings either, since the previous 3.3.0 test.
