Split displayName to givenName and cn

Clearly you cannot derive given name from displayName unless you make some false assumptions about users' names, such as given names (or alternatively surnames) contain no spaces. How else would you parse Joan Paul Jones?
You might assume displayName is one valid value of cn (common name) but that may not be true in all cases either.
