Chaining Session hooks?

I have a situation where I might need to call two sessionHooks from the Shibboleth SP (apache + mod_shib). It doesn't seem obvious to me from the wiki/documentation how to set this up.
It seems from the 'return' URL passed to the sessionhook that there's some provision to chaining sessionHooks. I just don't see how to configure more than one:
https://mysp.example.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST?hook=1&target=ss%3Amem%3A24fd32d6f52d94a6b2524ca01d3d9f6d648e7446f5cb5c8d21b3da02f67eac3e
(note the 'hook=1').

Can someone tell me?
