There's a Jira version that's in roughly the same shape as that one is support-wise, just bounce up to chauth/
I think it's safe to say you'd never get anybody hosting this for you to do the damage needed to get these plugins in place, but maybe people would surprise me.

Slightly modified versions of the above. They've been more stable lately than usual but historically it breaks, fairly often, when upgrades are done, and needs minor tweaks to APIs I don't know the first thing about so it's mostly guesswork.
The plugins are full of legacy stuff I don't understand and would never use also, so that's a red flag as well.
