We have not, at least not yet. See 3) below.

I don't know why the lack of response but since I am new to TAC and just
starting this work, I'll be talking with a few people next week at
TechEx to get background on the work done on Net+. This came up last
week in the context of SPs adding their own integration guides. I am
highly interested in getting an overview of the efforts so far to
identify why things might not have worked and what approach might succeed.

We did discuss this. The template focuses on SAML. It has places where
one can include specific Shibboleth examples, but it doesn't need to do
so. The intention, however, was that the integration guides would
document Shib and any docs from an SP should specify the service's SAML
requirements independent of software.
