TestShib Update

All,

I found five uploads with null entityID's that were choking one of the aggregation pipelines on TestShib.  This was in addition to the null certificates that caused the earlier choke.  I thought I had a check in there for this, so I'll look.

If you were experiencing problems registering and testing an IdP, please try again.

The person working on getting IdPv3 running is | | this close.  There may be intermittent TestShib login during that cutover.  TestShib's not a production service and we reserve the right to fail as hard as we possibly can, so there will be limited to no notification when we do it.
