sp.testshib.org: Is anybody else seeing "Unable to locate metadata for identity provider"...?

We think we have this resolved.  It was, indeed, very creative metadata that passed one validator and choked another validator, with an X509Certificate present, but null.  The second validator was failing silently since the developers of the tool never anticipated this one.

I wouldn't have anticipated it either, for what it's worth.
