Mike,
Short story, yes.  Long story, it's being investigated, but by volunteers and this is the weekend.
There was another IdP whose metadata wasn't getting ingested properly.  As far as I can tell, there are some metadata uploads that made it past one validator but not another.
Thanks for letting us know.  TestShib is in no way affiliated with the Shibboleth project proper and it's in no way supported, but we do aim to support deployers as best we can.

I'm trying to test my IDp usingsp.testshib.org.  I had this working Friday afternoon.  Later at night it was no longer working.  I keep getting the"Unable to locate metadata for identity provider".  I have uploaded my idp-metadata.xml many times hoping that it might fix this issue but no luck.
