JVM startup parameters in start.ini for Program Files (x86)

I believe that's exactly wrong, but I don't know myself where the control panel is for setting the heap sizes. I think Mike Grady could probably chime in on that since he's been dealing with a bug that seems to be preventing it from getting saved across upgrades. Or wait until Rod's online and can answer. Or it's documented in the wiki already. But I'm fairly sure it isn't done with a file.
