This error indicates that it's trying to load the trusted certificate of your LDAP directory at that path and finding nothing.

You might not be doing that intentionally, in which case you'll want to switch to the appropriate trust model(or use plain ldap:// if you're absolutely certain you have the network completely secured), or the path to the certificate might actually be wrong.
