SP connection issues in Shibboleth V3

The path you're using to the LDAP certificate isn't getting handled correctly. Installing on Windows and then using Program Files creates a perfect storm of pain for getting those sorts of paths right. Whatever you're using isn't correct. I don't know what we document in that respect or if we have any comprehensive understanding of what works and what doesn't. Sometimes using file:// in front helps.
