Attribute release based on IP address

Thanks Peter,
We are running IDPv3.2.1, so am not sure this extension will work.
Our use case is an application for people who are residents in the dorms or are logging in from the pc labs on campus.
I've been looking into using the activation conditions feature, but am not getting very far combining the resident attribute and IP address (or range) evaluation.
Thanks,
Niva

JFYI, the UKf created an extension for the obsolete IDPv2 for that, at https://github.com/ukf/ua-attribute-idp-ext
which allows mapping CIDR blocks to generated attributes.
Their use case was walk-in-users/patrons in libraries, AFAIR.
