Shibboleth SP logout issue

I would have to see the SP log, but the error means what it says, it can't dispatch any logout protocols, so none are configured or none are usable. A default configuration cannot possibly cause that error, it's not physically possible. "Local" is installed as a fallback so no matter what, it just does that.

My guess is the config is just fundamentally corrupted.
