Shibboleth SP logout issue

I'm trying to get SAML2 logout working on my test SP.
When I go to /Shibboleth.sso/Logout, it keeps returning:

    None of the configured LogoutInitiators handled the request.

I've checked, and both the metadata for my SP and IDPs include
SingleLogoutService bindings.

I can see in the SP logs that it's registered it's endpoints.  I know the
IDP supports logout requests, because I can see it process logouts from
other SPs.  It's just my SP that's wonky.

Suggestions?
