Please help to reset

Hi support,

I have a problem and I really need your help. When I uploaded my metadata
file, I used more than one name,which makes my hostname appears more than
once in https://www.testshib.org/entities.html.
My *EntityID* https://c-605/shibboleth
Could you please help to reset it?
