Metadata certificate on idp.testshib.org seems expired on August 2016

Would it be possible to update the certificate on
idp.testshib.org<http://idp.testshib.org/>. Or am I missing something here and this actually
isn’t the currently used certificate anymore?
I'll leave that for others to answer, as simply replacing changing the
cert will break other implementations.
It would be possible. Personally, I think it would even be desirable
given the huge variety of implementations that are being tested with
TestShib as a reference point. While I would love to see every
implementation compatible with the profile Peter references,
I don't have my hopes up.
I'll look into initiating this in a couple days. Uploaded metadata
expires after 30 days, so we have an implicit validUntil, and I can do
a quasi-proper rollover. Or I could just do it. If anyone votes aye or
nay on either, it'll carry.
I don't know where the fellow working on the v3 deployment is at, I'm
afraid, so I'm a little handcuffed. I don't even recall how many bits
I used back in the vacuum tube era.
