Shibd (AWS cloud) to IDP problem

All,

I have brought up a AWS cloud instance of shibd by copying everything from
a working in-premises instance.
With all the config, the required config, the request is making it to the
IDP instamce.

Apparently the shibd is not sending shib attributes to our in-house
application (also in cloud).

Based on the logs in shibd, we can see that the attributes are released.
But the in-house application logs show that these values are null.

Any critical config I am missing here?
