IdP-initiated SSO on Version3

I'm looking at this:

I'm probably asking the wrong questions -- We need instruction/direction on how to setup or enable IdP-initiated SSO for version 3, and can't find out how to do it.

I don't know what you're looking at but none of that is required, not now and not in any remotely current version of V2.
