IdP-initiated SSO on Version3

Hi there,

Looking for some help, example configuration, anything for setting this up.
We have a SP (Success Factors by SAP) That uses IdP-initiated.

Found the configuration Issues section for Version 2, but can't find where to configure things for version 3 other than the "TODO" placeholder in the documentation.
