Never mind -- I realized from the command output that the shell script was connecting to an "http://" URL, and I only have "https://" configured.
Thanks,

Subject: IdPv3 - Reloadable Services - reload-service.sh - Logging not switching levels?
I am able to use the `reload-service.sh` script to force reloading configurations for attribute filter s, metadata configuration, and relying parties at runtime.
However, if I try to change various logging levels at runtime, no change seems to happen. If I restart the servlet container, the new levels do seem to take effect.
The command I am using is:
$IDP_HOME/reload_service.sh -id shibboleth.LoggingService
I am working of the docs at:
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/ReloadableServices
I wasn't sure if the logging service was special for some reason, because it called out in the text instead of listed in the reference table.
Thanks,
