Thanks for the pointer in the right direction. I was defaulting to afp,
but therefore needed the "basic:" added to my "Rule."

And the old one has at least 3 namespaces all mixed. You left out a
default namespace, basically, and you're trying to use namespace-less
elements, I would imagine.
