disable SubjectLocality in assertion

Hello,

We are integrating SSO of Adobe Sign with our IDP 3. The tech person from Adobe asked me to remove SubjectLocality Address tag from SAML Assertion. Is this a reasonable request? How to disable subjectLocality in IDP 3 ?
