Releasing Attributes

There’s really not enough information in here for us to tell you much.  The policy as written would send those 4 attributes to anyone who asked, but that doesn’t guarantee that the information was ever available to your IdP to begin with.  We’re also not able to see what the names on the wire would be, and we don’t really know what they “should” be for this service.  We would need the requirements presented by the SP, more detailed logs that showed attributes being gathered by your IdP, and preferably the outbound assertion too.

It also looks like you’re using v2 rather than v3, so assuming this isn’t just v2 configuration with a v3 installation, the first suggestion would be to upgrade to a version that will be supported in a couple weeks.
