shib Idp v3 - load balancing

Note that if you go the wiki's start page at
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/ and as much as put the input
focus on the search field you're being immediately redirected to a
non-functional local login page at
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/login.action?os_destination=/

Until that's fixed one has at least to select the right wiki space
before being able to search for anything, here that'd be
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30
of course.
