It does not, but easily could. Please file an RFE issue and I'll attend to
it before 3.3.0. It should be a pretty simple patch to login-flow.xml if
you wanted to manually apply it to your install; you'd still have to write
the actions needed to decorate the context tree and make it available to
the UI.
