Given that your signature states this:

I guess you meant "database vendors" to refer to "e-resource providers" or academic publishers, i.e., (often commercial) subscription-based services for e-journal and (citation, etc.) database access?
If so you could poke around in MET https://met.refeds.org/ to see what services have registered with at least one known (to MET) academic federation on the planet, e.g. Elsevier, SpringerLink, tandf, Emerald, etc.pp.
If you're looking for a single list maybe take a look at the 1041 "Service Providers" (selected "Entity Type" on top) currently available in eduGAIN:
https://technical.edugain.org/entities
Quite a few of those will be what library folks might consider database vendors.
