There will be very little we can do to help you here.

You’ve got some database-leveraged authentication mechanism — we don’t know what, other than that it’s wired up with JAAS — and it’s looking for user passwords in a column name that doesn’t exist as configured, or judging by your other messages, possibly hardcoded.

Either way, I would look at whatever you installed to try to find where this came from.  Hopefully the database authentication service is open source and you can just grep it.
