Shibboleth SP Install Failing on Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter

Hello,

I'm trying to install Shibboleth SP 2.5.5.1 on a Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter.
However I'm running into an issue where the installer fails when trying to
start the Shibboleth service during isntallation. And since it fails, it
rolls back the install.

I have successfully installed the Shibboleth SP on a Windows 2008 and a
Windows 2008 R2 servers. Not sure why the Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter is
giving me issues.

>From the logs I run during the install, I see that when the start service
request is attempted, the error is "The service did not respond to the start
or control request in a timely fashion." and later it states "Info
1920.Service 'Shibboleth 2 Daemon (Default)' (shibd_Default) failed to
start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system
services."

I am an Administrator on this server, so it shouldn't be an install issue,
and when I check the services list before the rollback occurs, I see that
the Shibboleth 2 Daemon (Default) service is set to Local System account,
which is the same as the other servers I've installed Shibboleth on.

At this point I'm not sure why the service fails to start, but would love to
troubleshoot this issue. I would like to know if there is a way to get
Shibboleth SP to install even with errors? Is there a switch I can add to
the command line? If not, is there a way to manually install it? I
understand I would have to add registry keys manually, but I'm okay with
doing that, as long as I know what needs to be added. I can copy the files
from another server, just need to know the keys to add.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
