IdP upgrade - Shibboleth IdP V3 Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely

Scott,

I got V3 successfully installed using the install.bat script. 
We just came from the Shib workshop and our instructor said our existing conf files would be merged into the new V3 conf files but it looks like they've just be copied over.

That looks to me like it was asked to install to /opt/shibboleth-idp, thinks it did, and now can't read back the files it assumes it installed.

Are you not running this as Admin?
