replacing jetty's default favicon display?

I have none in my deployment so if it was ever there, I removed it, which means it's just a file served up by the web server.

If it's providing one, it's got to be there somewhere. I guess it could be inside a jar but that would be unusual. What is the URL in the log that is being served?
