Identity Server and Shibboleth

I attended a workshop at a DevIntersection conference on Identity Server:

It should be possible to integrate this with Shibboleth (which we use at University of Florida) using this software:

https://coding.abel.nu/2015/01/saml2-for-thinktecture-identityserver-3-with-kentor-authservices/


Does anyone have any experience with this or pointers on making this work?
