Upgrading from IDP v2 to v3 with MCB functionality

Hi,

               I'm trying to upgrade our v2.4.1 IDP installation with MCB to v3.2.0 with the similar MCB functionality mentioned here:

First, I upgraded to Oracle JDK 8 and Tomcat 8.  From there I updated from v2 to v3.  This went pretty smoothly.  But when I try to add the MCB functionality, the IDP login page just gives a 404 error.  Neither the Tomcat nor Shibboleth logs have much info as to why this happened.  In fact, there isn't even a log entry in either one of them when the 404 occurs.  Is there a log level that I can turn up to see what happened?  I've tried a few hacks to try to get it working, but so far nothing has given any indication as to what is the problem.  Does anyone have any insight into this?
