Access Attributes from ColdFusion 10 on IIS 7.5

Thanks Scott!

I decided to throw a quick .NET page together to see if the attributes are
showing up there using the below code.

<%@ Page Language="C#" %>
<% Response.Write(Request.ServerVariables["ALL_HTTP"]);%>

And none of the attributes, that Shibboleth.sso/Session state exists, are
showing up. Except for
HTTP_SHIBSPOOFCHECK:3093784472187196347522443344661083537161

I'll have to look at my default install of Shibboleth with the TestShib
configuration to see why these attributes are not being added to the request
header.
