Redirect on logout for idp3 and CAS?

They get removed by Spring, that's why it's not possible in any direct way. It would require modifying the webflow. We do not intend that people do this during logout, it's meant to end at the IdP, very deliberately. Combining anything else with single logout would be quite complicated since the user wouldn't see the results.
