Redirect on logout for idp3 and CAS?

Has anyone else done this?  I have messed with the logout.vm file and 
customized it to fit our style, however I can't make use of any extra 
arguments to the URL there since they get stripped earlier in the flow.  
If they didn't get removed, I think I could accomplish what I need to.
