Adobe CCS SSO with Federated ID

Has anyone successfully implemented Adobe CCS SSO with Federated ID?  I have claimed our domain and now am in the thick of the Identity Configuration for Single Sign on.  We are our own idP.  I had a few questions on what I should be entering for the IDP issuer and the IDP Login URL as well as the type of IDP binding (HTTP-Redirect or HTTP-Post).  I guess we are forced use the Email Address for our User Login Setting which I don't really like since email addresses change with name changes in particular.  I have not clicked on the Activate Enterprise ID yet since I do not know what problems we might incur that we would have trouble backing out of.
