Shibboleth integration with FileMaker Server 14

What specifically are you trying to do? "Custom Web Publishing" using
a web server of your own, and using the Filemaker PHP API or XML
interface?
I think as long as you don't need to map external identities to
Filemaker database accounts or some such (cf. p.13-14 in
https://fmhelp.filemaker.com/docs/14/en/fms14_cwp_guide.pdf) that
seems like nothing unusual -- from Shibboleth's point of view.
