JIRA and Confluence (or Crowd) configuration instructions.

My org is new to Shibboleth and our first charge is to get JIRA and
Confluence working with it. Searching over the email archive I don't see a
lot of activity in regards to hooking up the Atlassian stack to Shibboleth.


Is there some obvious guide out there I somehow missed in getting these
apps to work with Shibboleth?
