Our Office 365 implementation was setup by outside consultants, who probably did the ADFS (certainly initial) setup too.
Not all rosy though, they did cock up email routing during the process which busted our staff email for a while (staff email is strictly onsite Exchange, everything else for staff and all student services incl email are in the cloud).
