UK Federation contact issues

Alex from the UKF rang me just before I left yesterday - I can't access another website hosted in the same server room in Edinburgh, so it looks like a routing issue between Hull and Edinburgh via Janet. Suspect their network people will have to get involved.

While that's all true (and even more memory won't hurt) the OP failed
to download the metadata even with curl, a command line tool not using
the JVM. So in this case it cannot have anything to do with Java.
