Rebuilding with Memcache store

Dear Scott,

Ok for more clarity, quite happy to build if I can get it to actually work:

Error
checking for log4shib-config... /usr/bin/log4shib-config
checking log4shib/CategoryStream.hh usability... no

Despite
liblog4shib-devel.x86_64 1.0.9-3.1 installed

Have also tried building the log4shib package from source, which works, but doesn't allow any headers to be found.

Followed the guide, built log4shib with ./configure --prefix=/opt/shibboleth-sp too, still no luck even doing /opt/shibboleth-sp/configure.
