Rebuilding with Memcache store

The only .so files that exist are specific to platforms where the library is a part of the OS, so I have nothing that would work anywhere it needed to be rebuilt to get it.

I don't see how that set of options is going to work. If libmemcache doesn't already exist in the OS, you can't just tell it to build with memcache, you have to tell it where the headers live by specifying the path to the libmemcache manual install that you have to have done first.
