Merging attribute values in IdPv3

Hi all,

I found on old thread from 2011

Is this possible today without using a Script attribute definition?

To give this a bit more context, here is my use case. I'd like to have
values for eduPersonEntitlement come from two sources:
1) a Mapped attribute definition that maps certain values of
eduPersonAffiliation to a fixed value;
2) a Template attribute definition that transforms values coming from
isMemberOf (provided by a LDAP connector).
Lastly, I'd prefer not using a scripted attribute to avoid Java 7/8
portability issues.
