Accented Characters

Hi All.

Not strictly Shibb related.

We have a Java web application which is front-end protected by SP on Apache
---> uses mod-ajp to proxy to Tomcat.

Accented characters, such as 'TëstÿTwØñtý', appear if viewed directly on
the Apache or Tomcat - but are lost when AJP proxying from the Apache to
Tomcat.

Is there likely an AJP configuration required to proxy the accented
characters?
